Return Policy
We at Lohaton.in assert our intentions to delight our customers by enhancing their online shopping experience. Hence, we look forward to extending our extensive support at all times to guarantee quality of products purchased on our website.
Want to Return a Product?
Return request can be made by calling our customer care number +91 8624-050200 or emailing us on Valleypharmacustomer@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery. Products should be returned in the original condition.
Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:
• Defective/Damaged product
• Wrong product delivered
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
• Returned without original packaging
• Damaged products reported after 2 days.
Refunds (if applicable):
No refund given, exchange offered or correspondence will be entered into for:
• Change of mind
• Products that have been opened or tampered with or are not in their original condition.
• Incorrect orders made by the recipient
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed within five (5) days.
Due to the wide range of personal taste preferences and food likes/dislikes, we unfortunately do not offer refunds or replacements for products that are “not quite to your liking.”
How do I initiate return request and what happens afterwards?

Products should only be shipped to us if you have been instructed to do so, by one of our Customer Service Representatives. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item, we suggest, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
After the product is received, it is verified against your claim and refund is initiated.
What happens afterwards?
It takes between 1-5 working days from the time a request is raised, to the time the product is delivered back to us. Exact time would depend on the nature of the product and your location. Please be assured that we work very hard to ensure that your interests are protected.
Cancellation by Lohaton.in
While we try to ship out every order that has been successfully placed with Lohaton.in , there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders. Some of the situations that may result in your order being cancelled include (but not limited to):
• Product no longer available or temporarily out of stock
• Limitations on quantities available for purchase
• Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing or promotion information
• Inaccurate or insufficient address
At times we may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been done, the charged amount will be refunded to you as soon as possible.
Cancellation by the Customer
In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 2 hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will cancel the order and refund amount to you. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped.
When will I get the refund?
We initiate the refund within 4 -5 working days of receiving the product at our center in case of returns. In case of Cancellations, if the product is not shipped, we initiate the refund immediately.
